[Solved] Slave Dns Doesn't Recognize My Domain

Dear HelioHost team,

I am trying to set your DNS servers with my registrar but I keep receiving (from them) an error "your domain is unknown for the slave address".

Curiously, the master DNS is okay, according to them. I am using 'ns1.heliohost.org' as the master address and 'ns2.heliohost.org' as the slave one.

My account is apparently all set up, but I wonder if there is any chance of it being not entirely ready yet what would explain that error.

Anyway, I would be very pleased if you could check the settings of my account/domain and give me a feedback about it.

Server: stevie

Domain: pedalandoobrasil.com.br

User: pedalabr

Thank you in advance and congratulations on providing such a great service for free,

Leonardo D. Schlossmacher.

The problem is that my registrar doesn't allow me to set a DNS that doens't recognize the domain; consequently I have firstly have all set in the hosting company then with the registrar. I think that's weird too, but it's registrar's rule...

//EDIT:

I've found a way to get it work:

In their DNS settings I set an A record to 216.218.192.170 and a CNAME 'www' to 'pedalandoobrasil.com.br'.

It works; is that allowed/stable? I mean, is the IP above static or dynamic?
