7706840 Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 Hi! My site account was suspended a few months ago as I did not access my control panel within the month. I have completely redesigned my site and wish to publish it again, however, I cannot seem to create a new heliohost.org account -- it displays a screen after several attempts saying "there has been an error in the registration process. please try again later." I really like HelioHost for the features and the up time and wish to publish with them again. HelioHost User name: whitehorseband HelioNet User Name: 7706840 Server: stevie HelioHost Domain: www.whitehorseband.co.cc Slightly seperate, the registration form on Helionet will always say that there is an invalid character in the display name. Thanks, 7706840
jje Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 The reason the registration form is not accepting your details is because there is already an account in the database with the same IP address as you. The username of the account is 'whbadmin' and the server is 'Johnny'. Is this your account?
