We have received many requests, suggestions, and feedback through this survey, and we greatly appreciate it. I am proud to say that we have just hit 100 users completing the survey, therefore the survey is finished and the results are in! Below are some graphs containing the results of the first few question. Many of the suggestions for the service we offer were related to the stability and uptime. As you may know, we are working on fixing the problems with Stevie, and we cannot make Johnny any more stable since he runs dangerous services (ASP.NET, Java/JSP, Ruby on Rails) and we cannot disable any of these services since they are all widely used by our customers. Currently, Johnny has double the amount of accounts that on Stevie, putting extra pressure on Johnny. When Stevie has been fixed, the users on Stevie will have a massive benefit.
