I can still login to my account and I have not yet received an email of deletion so maybe I could request to be reactivated? I have tried this account renewal form as suggested in the FAQ but to no avail. http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Is it possible that my account be reactivated so I don't have to change subdomains? Thanks.

The problem that you are having accessing your website is due to the fact that Johnny is currently down.
