Reactivate Request

Good day, my account has been marked inactive due to not being able to login for 30 days. I can still login to my account and I have not yet received an email of deletion so maybe I could request to be reactivated?

 

I have tried this account renewal form as suggested in the FAQ but to no avail. http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew

 

Is it possible that my account be reactivated so I don't have to change subdomains? Thanks.

The problem that you are having accessing your website is due to the fact that Johnny is currently down. We are working hard to fix the issue, and are waiting for our root administrator to deal with the problem.
