Smashed Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Hello, HelioHost is constantly down, which isn't the problem. The problem is in my directory all of the files are listed, and when I click on a link on the website smashleaks.heliohost.org it says 404 Not Found. Then I checked to see if it's okay and there, and it is. Can you please help me?
Brad D Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Hello, I'm pretty new to heliohost, having started a few days ago with an account on Johnny. I set up everything to where I was able to see my website at the domain given to me. When I checked my website today at the domain, a new website appeared there that seems to just have been started. My cpanel has all my files as they should be. I did some further investigation, and look at the forums here, and two other people seem to have the same problem when I went to the domain names they listed. My username and domain: xambix on johnny http://brad.heliohost.org/ Two other domains from people that posted having problems recently: http://webcaststudios.heliohost.org/ (forum userid:GregoryG) AND http://kitteh.heliohost.org/ stephen (forum userid:ninjakitteh) All of these domains leads to http://64.62.211.131/, who's main page is http://64.62.211.131/website%20home%20page.htm. I'm uncertain why all 3 of us suffer from the same problem. Thanks in advance!
Piotr GRD Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 At the moment all accounts on the server Johnny seems to contain exactly the same files of some "DIVA Development". Try smashleaks.heliohost.org/website%20home%20page.htm or johnny.heliohost.org/website%20home%20page.htm or any other URL that points to the Johnny. If you still see some of your original pages (ie. the main one) then it's just the cache of your browser most likely.
sharawna Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 please help me my website gives another content different from the files uploaded username :sharawna http://elsharawnabahryprim.co.cc
Piotr GRD Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 All accounts located on server Johnny display the same at the moment.
daidalos Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Same problem here. It all worked fine when I set up my reserved domain name to point to my heliohost account but now it doesn't. I hope this is solved soon. Daidalos
Guest Geoff Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 The problem appears to be the person on http://64.62.211.131/ has a dedicated IP, but did not ask for one. Problem domain is http://je-services.heliohost.org/ and problem user is julie
Guest Geoff Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Please calm down. I'm working to fix this issue. Okay, this issue has been fixed and the offending account suspended.
Guest Geoff Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Weird. That shouldn't be happening. Okay, the problem is that isn't your shared IP. Your shared IP is 64.62.211.131
