rana Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 I have been receiving a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" message for my JSP pages only since yesterday, html pages work normally, is this related to johnny server or to my account ? domain: arabicledc2.heliohost.org Thanks
Byron Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 More than likely it's do to high server load. Are your JSP pages working now?

jje Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 Yes, that's because that Byron escalated the topic, he didn't solve it. When something is escalated, it means it is being sent to the main administrator (djbob) who can solve these kind of problems.
tdhaval Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 Please don't create duplicate topics. ok this message is duplicated by mistake .. another thing that you had told that i have java in 24 hour ..i have waited for more than 2 day but it still dispays error message 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.. for servlet and jsp pages.. please help..
Guest Geoff Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 Merging thread... @djbob As stated on the HelioHost home page, the current tomcat server version is 5.5. Maybe if you upgraded this to a newer version (like tomcat 7), this problem would be resolved. Here is a blog post on how to do this.
