Going back to the Account Queued page

I've been using HelioHost for about a month now, with a base domain of clrhome.heliohost.org on Stevie. I redirect everything to a clrhome.co.cc add-on domain I have hosted in the same account, and it's always worked for me (except for the occasional downtime). Today for some reason it's gone back to the "HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED" page when I try to access clrhome.co.cc, and when I tried my base domain (clrhome.heliohost.org) and another add-on domain that redirects to clrhome.co.cc (clrhome.tk), both gave me a browser "domain not found" error. My cPanel account still works though, and everything is in order there, and when I checked isup.me it said my site's still up, so I'm really not sure what's going on....
