552 Disk full - please upload later

Hello

 

I am trying to update a wordpress installation. However, I am getting an error "552 Disk full - please upload later" with readon "could not start transfer" displayed by filezilla client when I tried to upload the folders wp-admin and wp-include.

 

Does any of you have any idea about what I can do to fix this?

Please post your username, domain name and server your on.

Try uploading the zipped package and extracting it via the cPanel File Manager.

 

Alternatively use the Softaculous section of your cPanel to install WordPress using an automated installer.

 

Moving to Customer Service forum, as this problem is related to the service HelioHost provide.

Maybe you can use filezilla to upload via ftp,by the way,files should be smaller than 2M in size.Otherwise,you can install many programs by softaculous option in cpanel,it's more easy.
