can not put online main page

Guys , i can not understand HOW TO UPLOAD MY HOME PAGE to online in heliohost .

 

 

I have a text written in html code saved in my computer, that works in another host ,

 

but i can not figure out how to put it online . i get into the Cpanel ok , but i am lost in the categories and definitions ,

 

Can someone please assist . thank you .offer .

 

(i do not yet know also how to use ftp . i only know how to copy paste an html with scripts , and put it in the place but i know not where is the place

Login to your cpanel and look for the link that says Legacy File Manager. Click onto that link and look near the top for the link that says Create a New File and click onto that. Give your file a name like index.html then go back and look for the file name that says index.html and click onto the small icon. This will open up a page with file options. Click onto the option that says Edit File. Paste your code into the textarea and save. Your done.
