Can't connect FTP

Hi Helioteam !

 

I can't connect to my FTP with any software, and I don't understand why.

I still can access with cPanel.

I guess I'm using the correct login because it used to work :

 

server : ftp.sheken.heliohost.org

username : sheken

password : *my_cpanel_password*

port : 21

 

Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with my account ?
