Username was not found in the database

Hi.

 

 

My friend and I had created an account around November 2010 probably.

Username: rashida

 

We hosted our website on heliohost - ipurse.heliohost.org.

 

 

I tried signing in today to view my uploaded files, but the system said that they could not find the username in the database.

 

 

Please is there any way i can recover my account and the files because it is very important for me to have those files.

Your account probably got deleted because it was inactive. You can sign up again for a new account.

 

Unfortunately we don't have your files anymore, because we simply don't have the disk space or resources to keep deleted accounts' files. If you actually did read the TOS (most people don't), it is your responsibility to keep backups of all files on heliohost. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
