leiban Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Is it possible to change my subdomain without deleting my account? ..or I need to request for deletion then create another one?
jje Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Use this script: http://heliohost.org/scripts/domain.php An account deletion is not required
leiban Posted May 4, 2011 Author Posted May 4, 2011 Use this script: http://heliohost.org/scripts/domain.php An account deletion is not required Thanks for the link to the script. A quick question, is it also possible to, instead of using subdomain as my main domain, I'll just make my parked domain into my main domain. Pardon me if I sound very confusing. Edit: Nevermind, I think I get it now.
jje Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Please spare 2 minutes to leave feedback at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947
leiban Posted May 5, 2011 Author Posted May 5, 2011 Glad you're problem got solved. Do I have to wait for 48hrs for it to take effect ? Please spare 2 minutes to leave feedback at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947 It's my pleasure. I'll do it after this post. Edit: After following your link jje, I noticed that i already did the survey. Can I do it twice?
jje Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 If you response is any different, then feel free! Thanks for your feedback! It can take up to 96 hours for domain changes to take affect, but usually 48 hours.
leiban Posted May 6, 2011 Author Posted May 6, 2011 Okay, Thanks once again. I'll reply here if it's successful. Edit: It's not possible to take the survey anymore.
jje Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Okay. I wasn't sure if it would let you take part again or not - never tried it. Thanks again,
Guest Geoff Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 It's not possible to take the survey anymore. You'll have to take that up with surveymonkey, they are hosting the survey. However, you might try deleting your cookies and see if you can take the survey again.
