daisy Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 what has happened to my domain? I can't log in to cpanel: Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department. but I can still access files, and view the index page: http://misfits.heliohost.org/ and status says it's either suspended or deleted. I'm confused! daisy Posted April 30, 2011 Author Share Posted April 30, 2011 I have my browser set up to automatically log in to the site every time I log on Also, the change to the main page was done less than 30 days ago, and I've never used anything other than cpanel another thing - if the account got deleted, why are files still available for download? I had visited that domain, but it didn't show the suspended page, so I assumed it had been deleted. Oh well, appears to be working fine now. daisy, your account was suspended for inactivity. I have unsuspended your account and your website and cPanel should now be functioning normally. Don't use the mod cp to unsuspend 'inactive' accounts!
