IMAP connection error for webmail client

When ever I try logging into webmail on the server, whether I use SquirrelMail, Horde, or RoundCube, nothing seems to be able to connect to the IMAP server.

 

Also, it appears I cannot connect to the server via an email client installed on my computer, with POP or IMAP, SSL or not.

Are you accessing IMAP from a school or corporation?

 

No, I am accessing it through the ISP at my home, AT&T U-Verse residential. I don't think it is a problem on whether or not certain ports are open due to the fact, when I try to get Gmail to retrieve the emails from a POP connection, the connection fails. Additionally, I am unable to check the email inbox (any email inbox on any domain) from the Helio server (Stevie) via cpanel.

Have you been to the link at your cpanel named "Default Address" under the mail column and follow the instructions?
