Account Queued?

So my account is set up and everything and I've got my site up. However, rather than just typing "www.sitename.heliohost.org" and going to the homepage, I'm being taken to a page saying "HelioHost Account Queued".

However, when I type "/index.php" at the end of my site, I'm taken to the homepage of the site.

I really need help getting it to go there automatically rather than it going to the "Account Queued" page.
