Domain Won't work

Hi

 

I am trying to use the domain singhfx.com for my site. I sighed up to helionet with that domain and yes I have forwarded the nameservers on my registar to the ones needed for helionet. I have used the DNS checker provided by you to see if everything is working and everything does seem to be correct. I also went into the advance DNS zone editor and my domain does point to the correct A name record, but when I go to the domain it still shows me the page my registar displays. However, when i created a new zoneA record with the same ip but different name, the website seems to work.

 

For instance:

singhfx.com - takes you to the domain registars page

a.singhfx.com (the zone record I made) - takes u to the helionet page provided by you guys.

 

I have even tried getting into FTP but it says connection denied every time.

Alright First I did that on 2 different browsers and it still displayed the same page...so then I went to my ipad and I see the directory page. So I decided to restart my computer and now everything seems to be working, I can log into FTP as well now. Hopefully this works, will get back after the files finish uploading.
