Account Queued issue

I cant access my website at turieu.heliohost.org. I get the following message:

"HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED

This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.

Cpannel works fine.

I have seen some emails here on this issues and it seems to have been resolved, but it still doesn't work for me.

Kindly help me resolve this.
