A few hours ago, I got the standard "suspended for inactivity" message via email:

Dear southrop,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity. If you want to keep your account, please renew it by visiting http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?username=southrop. If you do not renew your hosting suscription within a week, your account will be permanently deleted. This is your final warning.

And so I click the link. However, the link always gives me this error:

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.
So logically, I would indeed try to see if my account still exists. To do this, I try to log in. Which completely fails on me.

Login Attempt Failed!
So I try to reset my password to see if that would help, but despite the message saying

Resetting password for Southrop

A confirmation email has been sent to the email address on file. To continue, enter the confirmation code in the email, or click the link in the email.

I have received no such email.

 

Finally, I tried to check the status of my account here but it still says that my account doesn't exist or is still active. Checking my domain reveals that the files are all still there too.

 

I'm completely at a loss for what to do and how I can renew/restore my account. Can anyone help?

Your account is active - you should be able to login fine.

 

I have reset your password and PM'ed you a new one. ;)
