jje Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 With the release of Johnny, we have decreased the number of accounts on Stevie from 22,000 to 16,000 which is a massive improvement. This means that abuse to Stevie will be alot less, which should make these errors rare. When a user or multiple users abuses the server and increases the server load by 200, Stevie crashes to prevent something bad from happening. Usually he fixes this himself when the abusers have stopped but sometimes he cannot do it himself. The admins are equipped with tools to find the culprit, but these tools fail when/after Stevie shows Account Queued. This support request is being escalated to our root admin @djbob - Happened today and yesterday. Could you take a look?
