TLD Transfer from justhost

I am trying to transfer my existing TLD to HelioHost. I have been told by three different things by three different reps. at justhost. All I need to know is how to point my URL to your servers. They are trying to give me some sort of code, and I have read here that there is no code required. I have also read here that all that needs to be done is to have justhost change the name server information for my domain. They are telling me that HelioHost must change that information (which doesn't make sense since, ,to the best of my knowledge, HelioHost has no access to that information at this time). Can someone help me out please?

All you need to do, or have your registrar do, is point your domain to our nameservers which are:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

 

We can't do this for you.

 

And of course you need to register an account with us with that domain name.
