New user unable to log in

Hi

 

I have requested an account and received an email that it has been set up but I can't login to cPanel (using the credentials as mentioned in the email). My website\URL seems to exist (obviously nothing in it) and the 'Status' script says 'Can't find or Account already active'.

 

My account was set up 'linked' to this forum account so I'm hoping you can find my ID from that (I'd rather not post it here unless I really have to given the recent spate of hack attempts).

 

Any help will be appreciated

Did you try using all lowercase?

Yes, my login is all LC anyway (Although I did try with an initial capital as well, just to make sure).
