jsp not working

In the main page i can see java server tomcat is enabled

 

may be i m wrong i put a test file in the public_html (http://pradyut.heliohost.org/jsptest.jsp)

 

but that does not seem to be working

 

please help me out to run jsp in the server if it is enabled
