I have entered several times in my /cpanel and everything is there, but the account has not been reacitvated. Please reactivate it so I can be accessed again. Eduardo Vila Echague
Bradley Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 I stopped being able to get email due to a "Login Failure" yesterday. I tried to login to my account but could not. I tried to reset my password thinking I must have forgotten it. This is the message I got: Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department. Can I get my account turned back on? Did I just loose any emails sent over the last 2 days? Thanks. mcguffeyhome.com
