cant connect ftp

I can not connect to ftp server, my server is stevie and my username is stayhc, my password is ok, a friend has an account on johnny and he can connect to ftp server correctly, I think stevie has problems, any suggestions?

As in, what URL are you using to connect to FTP?

 

Example:

stevie.heliohost.org

[stayhc]

is ftp.linux4newbies.co.cc

[Wizard]

Try linux4newbies.co.cc instead.
