IanR
Hello, uName: rrasi623 site: ustotanzania.com I've received an email about my HelioHost site's status due to inactivity. When i go to the location provided to renew, I receive the following error. From: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php...rname=rrasi623: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error". I am unable to log in to or change my cPanel password. I'm concerned as the email stated my account will be removed sometime Saturday. Thanks in advance, ISR
jje
Your account is 'Active' and no action is required. However, you should be able to login to your cPanel fine? Are you logging in thru the HelioHost homepage?
IanR
Your account is 'Active' and no action is required. However, you should be able to login to your cPanel fine? Are you logging in thru the HelioHost homepage? Thanks, glad to hear it is in an active status. I'm not able to log into the cPanel from either the page's cPanel endpoint ustotanzania.com/cpanel or from the HelioHost page. I keep getting a "log in attempt failed" message when I try to log in. I subsequently went to reset my password. When the confirmation code sent via email is submitted to reset the password, i receive a message from cPanel: "Password Reset Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department." If you visit my site, you'll notice that the request redirects to an "Account Suspended" page. Thanks for the help. -IR
