Cristi80 Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Hi, Could you help me with some advice to make FTP work, because currently it doesn't and I could use it. User is cristi80. I have created a separate user for ftp but FileZilla and TotalCommander do not seem to work. Error message is "Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known". Status: Resolving address of ftp.littleprettyliars.com Status: Connecting to 216.218.192.170:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Error: Connection timed out Error: Could not connect to server Thank you
Byron Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Was the server load maybe high at the time? Are you able to connect using your default ftp account? Cpanel username and password?
