Update: Deny IP Manger is seems to working now. The problem was a space and one more think. After I block my IP I visit my website successful with firefox but when I try with IE I get the 403 error. I clear the cache off firefox and I blocked from there too! So what does this mean? Attacker must clear his cache to get blocked?
