infantex Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Username: infantex Domain name: infantex.com.mx I have just began using your site (thanks a lot!) and I copied all the files from another hosting to yours, unmodified. But here, thumbnail generating doesn't work. Check for example www.infantex.com.mx/productos.php (thumbnails missing) vs. www.infantex.info/productos.php (thumbnails shown, old site). Apparently the programmer used phpThumb.php to generate the thumbnails. Is there somethig I should do to activate or fine tune PHP in HelioHost? Am I missing something? I'm not the programmer (I'm a programmer but not a PHP-programmer), he's no longer available, and I'm interested in switching hosts because I don't own the domain infantex.info. As I told before I'm not a PHP programmer but with the information you provided I searched the web and found that I needed to substitute the use of ereg with preg_match, taking care of properly delimiting the pattern strings (regular expressions as you, savvy ones, call them). So I went throgh the source code and replaced them (there were a lot!)and now it's working. Thanks again. Jorge.
