Serious Problem!!!

I think my account has been hacked or something else....when i browse to my site,it display

I never upload the file called 'u.zip' to the sever ,and i get 'not found' error when i try to access to my forum.

I quickly login to my cpanel,file manager.Luckily,all of my file still at there.But why i cant access them??????
