Can't login to cPanel

Hi

 

I just tried to login to cpanel and it says my details are incorrect. I know I'm getting my password right. I have also asked to reset my password but havent got a confirmtion email with the code. Can you help?

 

Mt details are:

 

username: GentleOz

 

BTW, my web site/pages are all there - havent tried to update database yet via the pages - I guess thats the next thing I'll try.
