I signed up for an account (ljsc.heliohost.org) on Monday, and I still can't log into it. I tried both the cPanel login at heliohost.org and directly at ljsc.heliohost.org/cPanel.

 

I used "Check Status" and came up with nothing (even after clearing my cache).

 

I also received no information at the e-mail address I supplied when I signed up.

 

Obviously, everything worked fine when I signed up for helionet.org.

Your account does not appear to be in our database. What is your username?

There was a temporary failure with the signups at the start of this week - please signup again

Thanks for your quick responses.

 

Resubmitting my request seemed to work. At least this time I know I submitted my request correctly, since "Check Status" indicates I'm on the queue.

 

I thought about resubmitting earlier. However, since we're only allowed one account, I wanted your permission to make certain resubmitting wouldn't create any solar flares.
