Louis Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 When I opened my mail i could not authenticate to my imap account. I then tried to log into cpan, but got an authentication failure. I clicked on the button to reset my password, but i have not yet received the email with the confirmation code. Why did my password change? I didn't change it. My domain is accommodationyzerfontein.com
Byron Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Your account has become inactive. Try renewing here and then use your old password: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php Make sure you login to your cpanel every 30 days.
