Unable to log in

When I opened my mail i could not authenticate to my imap account.

 

I then tried to log into cpan, but got an authentication failure. I clicked on the button to reset my password, but i have not yet received the email with the confirmation code. Why did my password change? I didn't change it. My domain is accommodationyzerfontein.com
