tenboutique Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I signed up with heliohost nearly 2 weeks back, I was able to access my site before the weekend but now it will not display even after I have cleared my cache. I am also unable to access cpanel through my domain but can still access it through heliohost.org. My domain is tenboutique.ie and is being hosted on johnny I have checked to make sure the nameservers are correct (but this shouldn't be the problem considering I could access my site last week).
jje Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Nameserver records for tenboutique.ie host: tenboutique.ie type: NS target: ns2.webhostingireland.ie class: IN ttl: 86400 host: tenboutique.ie type: NS target: ns1.webhostingireland.ie class: IN ttl: 86400 host: tenboutique.ie type: NS target: ns3.webhostingireland.ie class: IN ttl: 86400 Umm... are you sure?
Guest Geoff Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
tenboutique Posted April 5, 2011 Author Posted April 5, 2011 Change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Thanks. Though I am positively sure the nameservers are changed, I have already checked this numerous times. What would you think is the problem?

Guest Geoff Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Your nameservers are still pointed to hosting Ireland.
