Romero
It's been 2 days since the last time I visited my cPanel account, I don't know what happened but the brute force attempt message never leaves. I have waited 24 hours and still no success.

jje
What URL are you using to login? Are you sure you are using the correct password?
Ashoat
This is weird, considering that we had brute force protection disabled.
Romero
I'm using: www.nexster.com.br/cpanel and nexster.com.br/cpanel I am 100% percent sure about the password. Could you please check my IP (187.64.99.112) on your firewall? -Thanks.

Romero
Obviously I tried that before asking for support. It doesn't work: "This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic." I can access it from my work, which, once again: OBVIOUSLY, has a different IP address.. leading us to one thing: FIREWALL (cpHulk, csf deny list)... IP (187.64.99.112) Could you check this? Thanks.
