It's been 2 days since the last time I visited my cPanel account, I don't know what happened but the brute force attempt message never leaves. I have waited 24 hours and still no success.

I'm using: www.nexster.com.br/cpanel and nexster.com.br/cpanel

I am 100% percent sure about the password.

Could you please check my IP (187.64.99.112) on your firewall?

-Thanks.

Obviously I tried that before asking for support.

It doesn't work:

"This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic."

I can access it from my work, which, once again: OBVIOUSLY, has a different IP address.. leading us to one thing: FIREWALL (cpHulk, csf deny list)...

IP (187.64.99.112)

Could you check this?

Thanks.
