Shane Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Hi, I signed up a little while ago and was trying to slow piece together my site. Today it's gone back to queued status while I was in the middle of importing the main data for it (basic shopping cart system on a drupal install). Could you please chekc my acocunt out? SITE: http://spoilsguy.heliohost.org Thanks!
acj7464 Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 I have been signed up for several months and the website keeps going back to a queued state. Am I doing something wrong? username: acj7464 domain: ask-buck.com primary domain used: holsingerhomeplacefarms.com <---- This is the one that matters Thanks for the help
arfath khan Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Same goes with me !! My site is also in Queued up status ! the one in my signature thats my site, i have cleared the Browser cache and tried again but no use, Kindly look into the matter. Regards
ulricthered Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 My account too.......Can't even check the server loads via twitter link. Have to agree with previous comment re these down-times - a more appropriate message than account queued would be helpful. site: ulric.heliohost.org
arfath khan Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 my site is still down, somebody from admin, kindly fix this, regards.
jje Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 We are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. Please bare with us in this rare situation. Stevie's Server Load has become extremely high, and he has temporarily shut down.
arfath khan Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 @JJE, since Stevie is having Overload problems, can i request to move my site to Johnny, i don't use any server technology for my site, just Jquery and Html stuff, is this Possible to shift my website to Johnny, kindly let me know. Regards
jje Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Hmmm.... This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob - Shall we move people who don't use Java or ASP.NET to Johnny?
arfath khan Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 thanks, kindly provide with an update in this regard. kind regards
Ashoat Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 jje: That would be nigh near impossible. Let's keep our policy of deleting and then letting them recreate. Everyone else: I'll do my best to fix this issue but I'm not sure how.
jje Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Sorry, I think you have misunderstood. My question was, could we allow people to move to Johnny (using the current system) even though they don't use dangerous services like ASP.NET Lemme know if I'm the one misunderstanding.
Ashoat Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Yeah, sure. We usually delete accounts for users, so if they want their accounts deleted so they can recreate them on Johnny I don't see why not.
jje Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Thanks djbob. @arfath Could you follow the instructions on the pinned 'Requests for ASP.NET, Java/JSP and Ruby on Rails'.
