Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@cine.heliohost.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. How to fixed this error ? thanx

See the Stevie server load here : http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/server_load.gif If it is above 20 then this error will occured but sometimes it will not... Hope this information is helpful..

jje Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Due to high server load, most services (including website viewing and FTP) are down. We apologise for any inconvenience - hopefully these problems will be more rare when Johnny is up and running. You can also take a look at Stevie's Server Load in my signature and the top right corner of HelioNet.

You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.
