snoozleberg Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Hello, I signed up on Helio for hosting my own domain on wednesday 16, I'm not so sure when exactly this happened, my domain is ordemdadesordem.com and my username is snooz. I received the email about my account being registered successfully, but I cannot access my account on cPanel, neither reset my password... Also, my domain registrar doesn't let me change the DNS master and slave, I have to set the zones manually. At the moment they are set to: (blank) IN A 64.62.151.110 www IN A 64.62.151.110 ftp IN A 64.62.151.110 I don't know if I have to set something else, as I said, I just cannot change the domain's DNS master and slave at all, I can only edit the zone files.
