SkoolBus14 Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 When I tried to reset my password to my cPanel account (website queued, account set up,) I don't receive an email with a verification code. It's probably my email address, but I think that the host may be the problem. When I try receiving mail from HelioNet with a different address, it works. Thus, I believe I registered with the wrong email address. Anyway, if it is at all possible, can someone change my email address in the database? Account information: > Username: SkoolBus > Domain: http://nbarnwell.co.cc Thanks in advance!
Guest Geoff Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Please wait 24 hours before posting back so that your account can come out of the queued state. If that doesn't work, enter your username lowercase. If that doesn't work, what is your email?
SkoolBus14 Posted March 19, 2011 Author Posted March 19, 2011 My email (that works) is schoolbus132000-abc@yahoo.com. Thanks for the reply, by the way.
Guest Geoff Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 The email on that account is nbarnwell@att.net. Would you like it changed to schoolbus132000-abc@yahoo.com?
Guest Geoff Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 The email has been changed. Please try a password reset via CPanel. Also, enter skoolbus, NOT SkoolBus into the box. Thanks.
SkoolBus14 Posted March 19, 2011 Author Posted March 19, 2011 Maybe I should wait a while...I typed my username in all lowercase letters, as was suggested, and no email was sent. I don't think anything's wrong with Stevie, as the server's load is low..?
Guest Geoff Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I've reset your password & PM'ed you your new one.
