500 Internal server error

my site frequently got this error, but if i check about 1 or 2 hours later my site work perfectly, then when i check again about next few hour it encountered this 500 internal server error again.

 

this is the error log description from my cpanel error log:

[Wed Mar 16 04:53:02 2011] [error] [client 222.124.3.14] (12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home1/tito/public_html/index.php`

 

start to got this error from march 14,2011 : when i chmod my public html to 755, after that, i delete my public_html file then re upload the file to public_html

after reupload my site working fine, but frequently got this error later

On the top right of every forum page, there is a server load indicator. Does this only occur when the server load is above 20?

Pretty much. We have high server loads at times because the server is undergoing heavy continuous maintenance (deleting unused accounts, etc). Should fix itself after a few months. We (the admins) can't really do anything to make things better currently though. Sorry.
