Unable to access anything in cPanel

I have been unable to acces cPanel all day It logs me in and then just displays the layout with nothing in it. I cannot access any of my site through expression web it just hangs for hours or doesnt let me log in at all.

 

Is there anything that can be done to help this as I need to access the site. I have been trying since this morning.

Well, it was pointing earlier; looks like he moved to 000webhost. Wish you luck there, you're going to need it!
