iamdavo Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 Hi, I signed up to your hosting package 3 days ago and have had no luck signing in to cPanel. I get an error saying login attempt failed! I have tried several times then decided to do a password reset. I never received an e-mail with the confirmation number so I don't know whether it has been reset or not. I have followed all the istructions for logging in. (Waited 48 hours, used all lowercase letters and tried to sign in from the homepage). Please can you instruct me as to where I go from here.
