aynil Posted March 5, 2011 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Hi, I am not using your service for the first time, so I am a bit familiar with setting up a .co.cc domain with your nameservers. So I thought doing the same thing for my current account and set the domain in the registration progress to: aynil.de.vu I did register the domain in the de.vu network and used your nameservers for the setup: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org I waited the 48hours, but still the website doesn't show up. Strange thing is that I can login to cpanel, so it seemes that the account was created succesfully and working. Could you please give me some advise how to setup anything properly? This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob - His account is showing active in the database, yet he isn't even seeing a queued page? aynil.de.vu is his main domain.
