Delete account, I can't access with gmail address

Hi, some months ago I tried to register an account (garesu.heliohost.org) with gmail address but the confirmation mail doesn't arrived so far, so I can't access to my cPanel nor register another account with that domain.. Is possible to remove to that account or to change email address so I can take that domain or join that account with the new one I've registered (gioare.heliohost.org)?

You could try resetting your password at the CPanel login screen.

I tried now, but the problem is I can't receive emails from heliohost in gmail, I don't know why, there's nothing even in spam folder, they just don't arrive at all

Funny. I have gmail, and I get them just fine.
