jje Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Your site is showing as Active - everything seems to be working fine. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to login to cPanel - could you try again? Moving to Customer Service.

morta Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 I tried, received an auth code, entered it and got the message -------------------------------------------------------- Password Reset Auth token mismatch: please make sure you copied the full url from the email and that you have used the same browser session you started the process in. -------------------------------------------------------- clicking the link in them mail produces the same result
