I would like to set up a free website and everybody in the world can access it. I have found some problems with free website to access in some countries like Brasil because they are blocked. Before I do it could you tell me if this hosting has a blacklist?

We're probably blacklisted by a few places. I know we've had trouble with our email addresses and gmail/hotmail. Also, China's firewall likes to block us. Usually when something like the latter happens, you post here and we give you another IP address.
