I'm not able to log into my control panel. Always returns error message login. I've tried resetting the password, but the mail is not sent to my voicemail.

Could you check?

Are you signing up from a big organization, like work? If so, then you might share the same IP.

The reason I ask if he was on a shared machine is because either him or somebody else with the same ip asked for that domain to be deleted.

 

If possible, I would like to delete that account to get one here in helios.

You mean you offered to delete someone else's account for him. <_< IPs change, that's why we double check.

If that is the case then I'm truly sorry, but you can bet that person or persons is on the same machine.
