I've just registered http://passerby.heliohost.org, but it turns out I can't directly access this url (works under proxy though). So I googled some random heliohost.org pages and tried to access them. A few of them work but most don't. I would not be surprised if some of the heliohost servers is GFWed, but still I want to make sure it's not my network's problem, since I can access heliohost.org homepage and my cPanel with no problem.
