Account creation

Hi there,

 

I was looking for a web host like yours and I very curious to see if it is what I expect.

Before, I need to say that your initiative is awesome and I'm interested in learning more of how it works to help you and everybody who wants a great and free web host.

 

Alright, so now let me talk about my problems.

 

My problem is about the account creation. I created this account (ssrox) on forum as needed to create an account in web host and then tried to create the web host account, and all the time I hit the "Create account" button it shows me the following message "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later."

 

So, what does it mean and is there any problem on server or account creation? What should I do?

You're getting that message because you've already registered an account with us:

 

doisnet.com.br

 

You're only allowed one account.

Well I really didn't understand, is helios the same thing as doisnet.com.br ?

 

If possible, I would like to delete that account to get one here in helios.

How did you know this was his account?

I presume he knew by the IP address.

 

I'm not seeing doisnet.com.br in the database.

@Wizard & jje: His account was in the database and I deleted it for him, but before I could post that I had deleted it, the server was under a heavy load and I was unable to post.

 

@Soul Summoner: You can go ahead and create another account now.

Well I forgot to say that I never created an account here so doisnet for me, is bizarre.

 

Anyway, if it's already deleted now I can create my account!
