acj7464 Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Has anyone else gotten the your account has been suspended because of inactivity email -- to then not be able to reactivate the userid? BTW, I think I have been in my console in the last month....I have just set up some new DB that should have kept the acct alive. Here is the initial notification: Dear acj7464, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity. If you want to keep your account, please renew it by visiting http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?username=acj7464. If you do not renew your hosting suscription within a week, your account will be permanently deleted. This is your final warning. Regards, HelioHost Staff Here is the error I get when trying to reactivate: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. What a moron....I must have double clicked the link....The first click unlocked it....the second made me write this dumb post.
